In traditional supply chains, products go through a series of producers, intermediaries, wholesalers, and marketplaces before reaching consumers, resulting in a longer duration for the products to reach consumers and a loss of freshness. Moreover, in the traditional supply chain, products are collected from different producers and mixed for sale, which affects the consistency of taste and the ability to access the desired quality. In contrast, our company plans the harvest based on daily orders and delivers products directly to consumers through shipping, ensuring freshness and quality.

You can place an order for our products through our online shopping website's "Products" page. Simply select the desired items and add them to your cart. Then, proceed to complete the payment process by choosing the "Buy Now" option.

Our company has an agreement with Yurtiçi Kargo (Domestic Cargo) for shipping, and the shipping fee is included in the product prices. The delivery time is 1 day for Istanbul, Ankara, and Izmir, and a maximum of 2 days for other cities.

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with our products, you can request a return or exchange within 2 days after the delivery.

You can track your order by logging into your account and checking the "My Orders" section for the current status. Additionally, you can use the tracking number provided to track the shipment on the website of the shipping company.

After receiving your order, we harvest the products and dispatch them to the courier within 1 day at the latest. The delivery is made to your address through Yurtiçi Kargo.

During the winter season, we send the products in cardboard boxes inside plastic food containers (with lids). As the weather gets warmer, we use foam boxes with ice packs, as explained on our website. In case of any issues caused by the shipping company, we offer either a refund or resend the products.

The cold chain is a logistics system that ensures perishable goods such as fruits are continuously transported at low temperatures from the production site to the consumption point. This system maintains the appropriate temperature and humidity levels for the fruits during processes such as harvesting, storage, transportation, and sales. It is a critical practice in fruit transportation, offering several advantages such as preserving freshness, quality, nutritional value, and food safety. Our facility is equipped with a cold storage room and refrigerated vehicles to maintain the cold chain while delivering our products to you.

Upon receiving fresh strawberries and blueberries, it is recommended to store them in the refrigerator. We advise consuming strawberries within 3 days and blueberries within 15 days. You can also store blueberries in the freezer, and though the flavor will be preserved, they may lose some of their fresh firmness.

We grow our products using the hydroponic farming method. In this method, plants are nourished with special nutrient solutions instead of soil, and the use of agricultural pesticides to combat pests is minimized.

Organic, Ecological, and Biological products all refer to the same concept. They are controlled and certified products that are produced without harmful chemicals, additives, or methods throughout all stages from seed to harvest and to the end-user. Organic farming is a high-quality agricultural system aimed at optimizing production in the life chain between soil, plant, animal, and human health. It mandates control and certification of all stages the product goes through, from field to shelf, according to national and international standards. Certification assures consumers who seek to lead a healthy life while preserving the environment by consuming organic products. Moreover, it allows organic producers to certify their compliant production and market their products at the appropriate value. On the other hand, Natural or Naturel products do not have any legal basis or guarantee. They provide no assurance to consumers about the product.

Soilless farming is an agricultural method in which plants are grown in different growth media or liquid nutrient solutions instead of traditional soil-based methods. The plants' roots are directly supplied with nutrient solutions, ensuring easier access to water, nutrients, and oxygen. This method allows for more effective control of root development, nutrient uptake, and growth rate. Some advantages of soilless farming include reduced risk of soil-borne diseases and pests, elimination of soil erosion, salinization, and acidification issues, efficient water usage, and the ability to utilize vertical farming systems for increased productivity in limited space. We do not use hormones or similar chemical products in our production processes. Our production complies with the requirements of Good Agricultural Practices, and all our products are inspected by authorized institutions, both announced and unannounced.

Pollination is the process of transferring male pollen from the flower's stamen to the female flower organs, initiating the fertilization process. It is a crucial step in the reproductive process of plants and of vital importance in fruit cultivation. In our greenhouse, pollination is performed by bumblebees.

Bees visit flowers to collect nectar and carry pollen on their bodies. As they move from flower to flower, they transfer the pollen to the female flower organs. This process ensures pollination in plants. Bumblebees, with their larger and stronger structure compared to other bees, can reach deeper into flowers and carry more pollen. In greenhouses, where natural pollinators are limited, bumblebees play an essential role in pollinating fruit plants, enhancing the taste and quality of the fruits.

In our greenhouses, we provide the necessary climate conditions for the plants during the winter season, and we select specific seedlings for this period. As a result, we are able to offer delicious fruits during the winter months.
